To support our Talent Development & Growth Team, within our People & Culture team, we are looking for an
_INTERN (F/M/X) _who will be taking care of the Coordination, Administration, and Organisation of Learning and Training Events across the organisation.

This 12 month-internship is fulltime, and based in Berlin. In this role you will supporting the daily operations of our Talent and Development team.

Your primary focus will be on assisting with administrative tasks related to our training programs and initiatives, with a specific emphasis on the purchasing process from A to Z.


This internship will offer you an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in the area of Talent Development, while contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Additionally, but in a lesser extent, you will have the opportunity to support some other areas of Talent Management, such as Career Development, Leadership, and Performance Enablement.


_IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL_

  • Support the Talent Development & Growth team, mainly in Learning and Development administrative topics.
  • Support the procurement process for all learning offerings, including researching vendors, obtaining quotes, and processing purchase orders.
  • Assist in organizing, scheduling, and communicating our training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities.
  • Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of learning initiatives and resolve any administrative issues or challenges that may arise.
  • Support on the Skills Curricula project with the research, stakeholder meetings and system configuration
  • Guarantee the team newsletter is realised every quarter

You are proactive, a real team player, and eager to learn new things- You have some experience in procurement and purchasing administrative tasks- You are an active communicator, able to engage with multiple stakeholders- You are detail oriented, organised, and focused on delivering high quality results- You can communicate fluently in English and you have basic German knowledge- You are proficient in Office 365 (Excel and Powerpoint)**_
