Your role:
Client Partners play a key role in our growth and are responsible for rapid business expansion within their assigned clients as well as new client acquisition.
Your key success factors:
Ability to hunt for new business, to consult your clients and to manage excellent relationships with your stakeholders. You have a deep understanding of IT tools, systems and solutions. The Client Partner is responsible for measurable revenue/profit growth within set timelines.
You are contributing to the growth of Cognizant with extensive CxO-level relationship building and executive connections, as well as a focus on revenue, operating margin, client satisfaction and employee growth and development.
Your mission is to win large deals (10 Mio€ +).Identify and forge partnerships and tap into existing alliance partnerships of Cognizant to win large deals and grow the account.
Identify new opportunities, build and expand the pipeline, make proactive proposals to the client in line with the client strategy, offer solutions to help achieve their business goals while also increasing company revenue.
Develop strategic plans that align with client priorities and emphasize tools and services that can improve efficiency, streamline processes, or increase profits.
- Be responsible for developing sales strategies and tactics to drive profitable growth of the account relationship as well as crossselling Cognizant services for the client's respective business area.
- Review the performance metrics of the account with the delivery, operations and finance teams on regular basis.
- Collaborate with multiple service lines, innovation teams and business teams across Cognizant to develop solutions and formulate a business plan.
- Have regular meetings and interface with the customer decision makers and influencers to increase the visibility of Cognizant in the account relationship.
- Be responsible for execution and customer satisfaction in all the revenue portfolios within the accounts.
Your Qualification:
- Minimum 12 years of experience in a client partner role gained in IT Consulting/Services within Manufacturing, Automotive, Energy & Utilities or Lifesciences sector in the DACH Region.
- Mandatory: Proven track record of winning large deals (10 Mio€ +)
- Motivated and experienced in winning new business opportunities and managing diverse portfolios from sales to new sales, programs and existing annuity business.
- Experience managing Client P&L including reporting and metric assessment for the account.
- Outstanding communication and crosscultural skills combined with visionary attitude, exceptional intellectual and analytical curiosity.
- Entrepreneurial drive and ability to drive agendas in fastpaced & innovative environments.
- Have a good understanding of the latest business and technology trends in one of the following industries: P&R, Manufacturing, Automotive, Energy & Utilities, Lifesciences
- Demonstrated strong leadership and conflict management skills, particularly with highly diverse teams.
- Fluency in both German and English is mandatory
