As an Information Security Communication Professional, you're part of the "Business Partner & Communication" team (CIT-A) within Corporate IT and in this role supports the "Information Security" team (CIT-I) in all communication and awareness tasks.

As an expert in communication, you will develop awareness and training concepts and be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the ZEISS Information Security Program, which is aligned with established international standards and takes into account both internal requirements of the various strategic business units as well as external requirements of partners, customers and legislators.

This also includes ensuring regular, user-friendly and above all sustainable security awareness and communication via ZEISS communication channels such as TEAM ZEISS, Yammer, Guidebook Digital Security etc.

You will play a key role- in the development and sustainable execution of communication and awareness measures (poster campaigns, digital booklets, etc.) in the development and maintenance of web-based training and other training materialsin the maintenance of the "Guidebook Digital Security", also with regard to information security automation and tooling (security concept workflows, etc.) in the further development of information security tools (like SharePoint, etc.) in the support of information security driven projects and programs in the back office in the international communication of the various contents and aspects of the ZEISS Information Security Program to all company units and all regions in helping to shape the communication in a dynamic and motivated team that is passionate about Information Security and consists of people from different parts of the world with different levels of experience.- Your Profile- Apprenticeship / professional education / studies in the field of Communication (Bachelor's or Master's degree) or equivalent combination of education and working experience, preferably paired with information security.
