This role is positioned to drive the success of the "New Health Care Company".

The Impact You'll Make in this Role:

As a Lead Process Engineering Chemical Synthesis (M/F/*) for the chemical production in Seefeld, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:
- _ Improvement of chemical process and introduction of new processes_
- _ Coordination of and Participation in invest and maintenance projects_
- _ Conducting risk assessments, e.g. HAZOPs_
- _ Compliance with all legal and safety-related regulations as well as quality requirements_

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

_ University Degree in chemistry or similar chemical education_

- _ Several years of professional experience_
- _ Expertise in risk management, e.g. HAZOPs_
- _ Knowledge of all relevant regulations_
- _ German fluent in speaking and writing, good English skills are an advantage_

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

_ Very good knowledge of MS Office_

- _ Expertise in using SAP, GMP requirements and lean management_
