What part will you play?

As assurance partner, you support CFOs of Business units at DI in fulfilling their roles as

- o Guardian: ensuring effective and efficient state-of-the-art Finance function, incl. financial reporting and internal control system
- o Advisor: continuously validating business processes and relevant key controls
- o Driver in digital transformation: leveraging potential of controls' harmonization and automation

You are responsible for implementing the internal control system at DI and provide transparency to DI management on potential process deficiencies and monitor remediation plans
You cocreate and further develop the Risk and Internal Control (RIC) function with strong focus on optimizing the control design and automation
You drive actively the business transformation by contributing your fresh ideas to developing datadriven controls
You build an international network and nurture the community spirit across Business units, regions, Corporate Finance, and beyond

What you need to make real what matters.

An academic degree in Business administration, Engineering, or other equivalent studies
Risk management acumen, professional experience, ideally with focus on Finance (both operational and methodical)
You bring in a vivid interest in new innovative aspects of risk management, incl. data analytics and relevant tools
You are service and customer focused
With your courage you are eager to try new things out or challenge the status quo
You can see through complexity and extract the essence. You structure complex content and processes and make your decisions based on data
Effective communication and presentation skills, especially in English
You can navigate challenges to understand root concerns, issues, and objectives
DI business acumen not required but very welcome
