THE ROLE & THE TEAM:

As a Production Art Director (all genders) in Studio Production, you will be responsible for creative deliverables in both the internal Studio Production team and external partners.

Your primary focus will be on driving continuous improvement in content quality for PPD, ePDP, and teaser production.

Understanding for and working closely with creative direction and various studio production disciplines, including photography, videography, fashion styling, retouching, and collaboration with models and creatives.
Translating and executing strategic/creative briefings from internal stakeholders into concepts for highquality and highvolume content production. You will oversee and guide the production of PDP, ePDP, and teaser formats including CGI and 3D supported content
Have full knowledge of content production guidelines, presenting visual concepts and managing multiple projects in Studio Production that require creative and content production skills.
Supporting the development of future formats and relevant content, while also understanding and responding to analytics data.
Leading workshops, effectively communicating, and coordinating creative solutions with both internal and external stakeholders.
Actively driving innovation and implementing new ideas in content production to maintain highquality standards.

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF:

You're a creative professional with ideally
3+ years of experience as an art director in the fashion and lifestyle industry, possessing a deep understanding of content production.
Strong onset experience with creative production teams in fashion & lifestyle as an art director, with several years of professional experience, ideally in a creative agency or productionrelated environment.
Experience in fastpaced, highquality, and highvolume environments, coupled with a strong passion for leading and sharing knowledge with a coaching mindset.
Strong communication and presentation skills, always seeking ways to improve collaboration and creative output.
Strong cultural awareness and people skills, with the ability to drive measurable outcomes.
Excellent knowledge of all relevant creative tools.
