In Talent & Development we plan, design and implement development measures and tools to promote and retain talent and establish sustainable succession planning as well as steer the global talent cycle.

We set up career development strategies and programs across diverse seniority levels and implement them globally.

As Talent Partner you are in the center of steering our service portfolio, consulting with talents and people manager and design and innovate new offers:

You will

Drive people development together with talents, people leaders, coaches and talent management providers in and beyond the People Function
Consult and act as a sparring partner for talents on their development journey, in particular for Senior Associates in Germany
Consultant and present Talent Management initiatives with different internal customer groups
Cocreate new designs of any assessment or development activities in a global expert community
Coordinate, manage and promote Talent Management events and products like development conferences, information sessions, training events in the global talent, people leaders' and People Function community
Contribute to People Attraction & Development projects to shape a great talent experience and be part of talent brokerage
Support Talent Management and strategy projects like Employer of Choice, #Lead, Agile Company

Your skills

Successfully completed studies (ideally connecting to people development / change management or communications)
Experience in people, culture and development related roles (ideally Talent Management)
Highly fluent in German and English in both speaking and writing
Intercultural awareness and sensitivity as well as experience in working in a global role
Passion for implementation and continuous improvement
Experience in working in a hybrid working environment, high teamorientation and good interpersonal skills
Selfdriven working style and good communication skills
High customerorientation, pragmatic and solutionfocused mindset
Experiences in agile ways of working and methodologies are very welcome
