Im Rahmen der Erweiterung des Teams suchen wir eine/n Human Resources Off Cycle Internship


Aufgaben

  • Get the unique opportunity to gain indepth HR Knowledge from a company that lives human resource topics in all their departments and has the aim to set standards other want to follow
  • Updating our employee records with new hire information
- scheduling interviews

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating our HR policies and procedures

Anforderungen

  • Enrolled in a Bechelor's / Master's degree (business or humanities) or in a gap year
  • Firt experience in the HR department of a bank, in industry or consulting is an advantage
  • Good analytical skills and independent working style
  • Curiosity, determination, and ability to work in a team
  • Strong communication skills in English and German Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills
