Tasks:

Establishing, leading and developing a highly qualified team in the area of accounting, with a focus on the timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements for the IONOS Cloud business unit
Leading the process of adding new companies to the accounting system and managing and optimizing operational processes across different locations with the aim of increasing our efficiency and effectiveness
Training the employees of the new companies in the use of different accounting systems and accounting processes
Coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth integration
Introduction and management of best practices in shared services, including experience with rollin processes to improve integration and standardization of our ways of working
Ensure liquidity and creation of KPI's and adhoc analysis in coordination with the business units.
Act as main point of contact for auditors, tax and group accounting and for our third party payment providers used across the group
Actively participate in and lead projects to continuously improve our processes and systems

Qualifications:

Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt um eine Ausbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter
Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen und nachgewiesene Führungserfahrung, vorzugsweise in der Leitung von Teams über verschiedene Standorte hinweg.
Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in Buchhaltungssystemen vorzugsweise INFOR und MS-Office und Datenmigrationstechniken
Erfahrung in der Migrationen von Gesellschaften in Bezug auf Systeme, Tools und Prozesse ist ein Plus.
Fähigkeit zu organisations

- und prozessübergreifendem Denken und Handeln, mit einer starken Orientierung an der Vereinheitlichung und Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen.

Lösungsorientierte, strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise gepaart mit einem hohen analytischen Denkvermögen
Sehr gute Deutsch

- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, um effektiv in unserem internationalen Umfeld zu kommunizieren.
