- Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, ideally CPQ, and Community Cloud
- Ability to translate IT requirements into actionable measures and articulate the approach
- Deep understanding of risk evaluation and impact in IT change activities
- Analytical capabilities, effective communication skills, and intercultural competence
- Deep knowledge of key platform technologies: Apex, Visualforce, Aura, LWC/Web components, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS
- Proficient decision-making ability, distinguishing between programmatic and declarative approaches
- Expertise in configuring standard platform functionalities versus building from scratch
- Comfortable working within release-management and agile frameworks
- Comprehensive understanding of software architecture and integration, with a focus on API-first designs and integration for rapid prototyping and app development
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience. Several years of experience in IT service management, software engineering and/or solutions development
- 3 years + experience in Salesforce development
- English speaker, German a plus
