The Role:


LucaNet has ambitious growth plans over the next few years through delivery of the recently defined Value Creation Program (VCP) in addition to organic growth.

As our very first Head of Strategic Projects, your role will include a mixture of strategic leadership, program management, and directly supporting the needs of the executive board.

As Head of Strategic Projects, you will collaborate with appropriate partners to anticipate, create, and facilitate the rhythm of the business for the executive team (i.e., monthly/quarterly roadmap reviews, M&A/PMI activity, business transformation & value creation programs, talent reviews, yearly headcount planning, all hands, regular business reviews, and staff meetings).

You will manage strategic, cross-functional projects and assist members of the executive team with writing and reviewing documents and proposals.

You will foresee leaders' needs, support and facilitate the annual strategic planning process, manage budgets, and research and procure additional resources and services for the organization.

You will exercise significant autonomy and strong judgement in this position, while making recommendations, respectfully challenging leaders as needed, and wholly committing to decisions.

What you'll do:


  • Support the executive board in strategic project planning, execution and monitoring, reporting priorities and objectives. Track open items and due dates, work with main stakeholders to determine status and help to ensure the achievement of the objectives/projects
  • Own, monitor, and drive Value Creation Programs (VCP), business transformation and key strategic initiatives
  • Help in coordinating businesswide procedures and work with crossfunctional teams to improve existing processes for maximum clarity, efficiency, and success
  • Prepare adhoc analysis, lead documents preparation for the LucaNet HQ
  • Create presentations for the executive board analyzing data and collecting the information
  • Ensure alignment among internal, external and investor stakeholders in different projects
  • Provide leadership in strengthening internal communications with staff at all levels throughout the organization; create and promote a positive and supportive work environment
  • Support the executive board in leading change management and process improvement initiatives, ensuring proper communication flow to all levels of the organization as needed by topic
  • Support with any M&A and PMI activities to foster inorganic growth

What you bring to the table:

  • Prior experience in business consulting and/or as Chief of Staff
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with English fluency and superior oral & written communication
  • Experience with a broad suite of software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office suite, Salesforce, Teamwork, Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint)
  • Demonstrated experience with budgets, reporting, project management, M&A/PMI corporate development / business transformation and writing and reviewing documents and proposals
