What will you do:

As Working Student in the Office of the Head of NVT you will have the opportunity to directly support the Head of NVT and Managing Director of SAP Berlin in planning and coordination of processes and topics with respect to existing and potential customers, partners or other parties of NVT.

You will also contribute by facilitating the successful execution of various projects and learn about our global operational and strategic customer processes.

Your specific tasks include but are not limited to:

Support with general project structures like providing status reports, creating templates, monitoring of accomplished tasks, scheduling appointments, preparing reporting documents (Dashboards, KPI frameworks, etc.)
Excellent planning, preparation, execution and follow up of strategic meetings, workshops and events with key stakeholders and customers.
Actively support/ manage (sub)project task on your own.
Managing internal and external correspondence with different stakeholders
Support with the design, rollout and implementation of new processes or working models
Create powerful PowerPoint presentations for our top managers that communicate innovation topics.

What you bring:

- (Master-)Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences

Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Analytics, Innovation Management, Project Management or similar
Wellversed in MS Office (especially Excel), Tableau or similar and able to rapidly and independently learn new tools to translate sophisticated and creative analyses into actionable results, messages, and presentations
Have an analytical mindset and can independently extract relevant information and hypotheses from various sources
Language skills: English and German proficiency required
Highly flexible, able to work and thrive in a rapidly changing environment, able to handle uncertainty and frequent changes.
Excellent executer gets the job done in a positive, reliable and encouraging manner.

Meet the team:

SAP's New Ventures & Technologies (NVT) business unit is SAP's central innovation unit and a strategic pioneer of transformative technologies and business incubation.

By developing unconventional solutions, inspiring prototypes, and new products, we drive progress in the IT industry and bring the latest trends to SAP.

As part of the Customer Office, you will advocate the Head of NVT, Martin Heinig, in all customer and partner-facing activities.

The team is responsible for proactive safeguarding of the most strategic customer accounts, for managing critical customer situations and for preparing high-profile customer meetings for Martin.
