What you will do:

Join us in helping companies of all sizes and industries take their own climate action today.

improving lives.

  • You are responsible for the product vision and strategy and the alignment with the corporate strategy and objectives
  • You develop a vision and set the strategic direction of the product based on customer needs, business growth, and overall technology strategy
  • You own and drive the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and develop cross functional partnerships
  • You define product requirements and roadmaps including feasibility, time, cost, and impact
  • You maintain multiple roadmaps in line with the company vision and strategy
  • You collaborate crossfunctionally with other departments to align on product strategy and roadmap and you explain digital product development
  • You pursue a deep understanding of user and customer needs through research and data analysis
  • You build, support and lead a product team with product managers and UX designers and foster a customercentric product culture
  • You enable a highperforming product team and you are responsible for delivering value to users through the product offering
  • You drive scalable processes and innovation around the product development cycle
  • You develop metrics and KPIs to measure the success of products and identify areas for improvement
  • You collaborate across teams to communicate product strategies with internal stakeholders and adjust priorities according to feedback

Who you are:


  • You have 10+ years of experience in product leadership roles in both tech related companies and startups
  • You drive to create groundbreaking products, and achieve exponential success as part of a high performing team
  • You are able to understand user, market and business needs and use this knowledge to drive the development of great solutions in crossfunctional teams
  • You have effectively led and motivated teams across a variety of functional roles
  • You have experience in successfully recruiting and developing a high performing product team
  • You are passionate about customers and have experience at building customer relationships
  • You have experience in interpreting customer needs and market trends
  • You are able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fastpaced environment
  • You have successfully led deep technical product plans and aligned business strategy with technology delivery
  • You are a strategic thinker and are able to lead change across the company
  • You have a proven track record of clear communication with various stakeholders and crossfunctional teams
  • You use datadriven methods to make decisions based on KPIs and metrics
  • You have a very good command of English

ClimatePartner supports companies in climate action: With our solution combining software and consulting, we support our clients in making a contribution to climate action and anchoring it in their strategy.

Companies calculate carbon footprints for them or their products, set reduction targets, implement reductions, finance climate projects and are supported by ClimatePartner through to the communication of their climate action commitment.
