Who are we looking for?
You are passionate about driving innovation in one of the focus areas
Technical or business-related bachelor's or master's degree with a maximum of two years of full-time working experience
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Data-driven decision-making is a must in your opinion
Agile and visionary mindset - you can work independently, and you want to drive business value creation
The focus areas
Within the Innovation Talent Program, NETZSCH is offering six different focus areas. Each focus area provides unique opportunities to drive innovation and make a lasting impact.
You have the chance to become a Pioneer in one of the following six focus areas:
Pioneer in Market Intelligence & Customer Insight
- Support strategic decisions with meticulous data analyses
- Identify market trends and customer needs based on big data
- Craft actionable strategies to elevate the NETZSCH brand in the industryPioneer in Sales
- Engage in consultative sales: Analyze customer requirements, develop tailored solutions, and support projects globally
- Utilize digital tools like AI and machine learning to enhance sales efficiency
- Collaborate with sales teams and represent the brand at industry eventsPioneer in Corporate Venturing & Controlling
- Manage global innovation projects and oversee liquidity plans
- Develop financial and controlling models to support strategic decisions
- Guide project teams through agile methodologies
- Monitor and facilitate the process of finding, closing, and managing venturesPioneer in Process Engineering
- Drive execution of process engineering projects across diverse markets
- Design reliable manufacturing processes and engage in digital processes and automation initiatives
- Support plant & supply chain innovations to meet future market demandsPioneer in Product Development
- Lead product development from ideation to evaluation (i.e., stagegate process)
- Support global R&D processes and foster portfolio expansion & product scalability
- Facilitate and monitor the venturebuilding process by nurturing innovation within NETZSCH's dynamic ecosystemPioneer in Software Development
- Select and implement technologies and frameworks (e.g.,.NET [experience required], Angular, ) for our software architecture, including the integration of digital twin functionalities
- Enhance user experience with futureproof technology (Prompt engineering)
- Coding with languages like C# [experience required], JavaScript, and Python
- Plan and conduct functional, integration, performance, and security tests to ensure solution reliability
