Beschreibung

You will provide legal support and make legal research as a member of an international team of lawyers, under their supervision.

The local Munich team consists of 10 attorneys, paralegals and admins, but you will also work with team members in other EMEA locations (e.g. UK, Ireland, Israel...) depending on projects and needs. We are currently working in a hybrid model, i.e.

a mix of home office and office work with at least one day per week at the office (usually Wednesdays).


Your legal work areas will be approximately:

  • Support of Sales and Marketing activities, e.g. review of marketing materials, drafting, review, negotiation of contracts, MoUs (Memoranda of Understandings) etc., sometimes with Competition Law aspects.
  • Work with attorneys supporting specific Business Units (BUs), e.g. with focus on Intellectual Property (e.g. licenses), Trade Secrets (e.g. non
- disclosure agreements...), procurement and corporate services topics on an as needed basis.

  • Any other activities arising in a legal department e.g. on corporate governance and sustainability (e.g. substantive research, specific projects...) or privacy under the supervision of an attorney.
  • German language skills is a plus.

Qualifications:


  • You are about to finish the curriculum of the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition / Munich Intellectual Property Law Center (MIPLC)
  • Showing eagerness to learn and help the team in multiple legal areas, both from a legal and business acumen perspective
  • Working as a member of a dynamic international team, interacting with other stakeholders outside of Legal (e.g. internal clients)
  • Being able to work independently, taking initiatives while not being shy to ask for help and advice whenever needed.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
