We support our national and international clients within the automotive and engineering industries with both direct, and short-term hiring.

We are currently looking for a communicative team player as a

Work Student / Intern to strengthen our company in Cologne (starting from October).

Your tasks:

Creation and optimization of applicant profiles
Assistance in processing customer inquiries
Creation, editing and finalization of company documents (including CVs, presentations, etc.)
Crossteam collaboration and communication
Assist in active recruitment activities and job interviews
General administrative tasks

What you bring:

You are still studying or have already graduated in the field of business administration, social sciences or comparable
You are interested in topics related to personal recruiting
Good knowledge of German and English is a must, basic technical IT/engineering skills are an advantage
Excellent team, communication and interpersonal skills are among your strengths
Safe handling of Microsoft Office products
