Your Role in our Team:

Lead and continuously develop the global team of CLAAS Excellence System (CXS)
Ensure and manage a targeted, harmonized and continuously development of lean within the CLAAS group
Define and secure global CXS standards and framework conditions
Review the leanmaturity of all sites and support the site organizations
Implement marketing, benchmark

- and best practice measures to develop the lean awareness and culture at all management levels and in all areas of the company

Manage and coordinate a global CXS expert network by bundling knowledge and increasing expert exchanges in the CLAAS group to support all local organizations
Set up and drive global training programs
Build up and maintain a modern and uptodate virtual exchange platform for CXS standards and best practice solutions

Your Profile:

Successful completion of Mechanical or Engineering studies
Several years of leadership experience in Manufacturing and/or Industrial Engineering mandatory
Excellent knowledge as well as profound skills and experience in lean management
Pronounced technical understanding and knowhow with regards to the organization und implementation of continuous improvement in the area of production
Professional experience and profound skills in project management
Outstanding communication skills with proactive, selfdriven work attitude and motivation
Entrepreneurial approach, analytical thinking
Excellent capabilities to empower, motivate and lead your team in an authentic and reliable way
Assurance of execution of decisions by taking ownership and showing curiosity as well as promotion of innovation and change
Experience in working in an interdisciplinary and intercultural environment with proven intercultural competence with fluent business English skills; further languages desirable
Knowledge of agricultural engineering or comparable industries desirable
Professional handling of MS Office
Travel readiness
