• The Global Director, PMO Transformation Office, is responsible for managing and leading enterprisewide, crossfunctional separation and migration projects that are high impact and carry moderate to high risk and complexity. This role directs the activities of team members across multiple domains to mitigate risks, align on dependencies and control project budgets, scope, and execution timelines.

Your responsibilities:

• Setup and run all program related meetings and maintain the record of actions, decisions, issues, and risks
• Acts as the primary point of contact for all project related escalations.
• Provide standardized tools and templates that enable efficiencies across domain and crossfunctional teams related to planning and executing Sandoz Digital and IT separation.
• Drive program governance and execution of program routines, including project and program status reporting.
• Validate financial forecasts and provide ongoing reconciliation of resources and other project related expenditures.

Minimum Requirements:


What you will bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field; MBA, CPA and/or project management credentials (e.g., PMP, SAFe, etc.) preferred; fluent English, written and spoken.
• 8+ years of experience in IT or related field and exposure to project management activities.
• 5+ years of experience in M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) which include leading TSA exit planning and execution.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to make effective presentations, and proven ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly build rapport and strong relationships with others while establishing a wide and effective peer network across the organization.
• Experience managing large, complex projects through a PMO or participating in a PMO as a workstream lead
• Experience with project management tools and techniques such as developing a project plan, milestone plan, dependency identification, status reporting, and issue resolution.
