Als Teil unseres Enterprise Risk Teams in Stuttgart, Frankfurt/Main, München, Düsseldorf, Berlin oder Hamburg unterstützt du unsere Kund:innen bei der Erreichung ihrer Ziele, indem du mit einem systematischen und zielgerichteten Ansatz die Effektivität des Risikomanagements, der Kontrollen und der Führungs- sowie Überwachungsprozesse bewertest und diese verbesserst. Um einen nachhaltigen Mehrwehrt durch Revisions- und Beratungsleistungen zu generieren nutzt du innovative Technologien und übernimmst vielfältige Aufgaben:

  • Analyse von Geschäfts- und Finanzprozessen, sowie von strategischen und operativen Planungsansätzen, zur Optimierung von Kapital- und Liquiditätsmanagement, sowie zur Umgestaltung von Portfolios und Geschäftsbereichen
  • Beratung bei der strategischen Neuausrichtung der Aufbau- und Ablauforganisation, bei der Entwicklung von Risikostrategien und Fragen des internen Kontrollsystems, sowie bei der risikoorientierten Durchführung von Planungs- und Prüfungsprojekten
  • Beratung bei der Entwicklung neuer Methoden und Analysen für das Risikomanagement und Risikocontrolling (Data Analytics)
  • Mitwirkung beim Ausbau und der Beurteilung des Risikomanagements in Bezug auf Nachhaltigkeitsrisiken (ESG-Risiken/ Sustainable Finance) und Kryptowährungen, sowie deren Behandlung im Rahmen des Regulatory Reporting (CRR, Basel III / IV)
  • Unterstützung unserer Mandanten bei der Bewältigung regulatorischer Anforderungen, von der strategischen Auswirkungsanalyse, bis hin zur technischen Umsetzung und der Optimierung von Meldewesenprozessen

  • Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, (Wirtschafts-) Mathematik, Physik, Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Teamplayer:in mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Reisebereitschaft
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Flexibilität und Offenheit für neue, abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
