WHAT YOUR TASKS ARE

Support in almost all activities of the core area Human Resources within the chapter People & Culture
Independent coordination of the recruiting process for new talents
Organization of the onboarding of new employees
Participation in HR support of permanent colleagues
Taking over administrative processes, e.g. coordination of appointments, general correspondence and other support in daytoday business
Assistance in the preparation of job references or other legally relevant documents
Active cooperation in specific projects of the holistic HR management
You are responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, support and offboarding of our students
Contribution to good teamwork and an efficient process structure

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

Studies in economics, business education, business psychology or comparable, ideally with focus on human resources management
Initial practical experience in the field of human resources, i.e. through internships or working student activities
Confident handling of MS Office as well as knowledge of SAP HR beneficial
Fluent in German and English
Independent, structured way of working and organizational talent
Excellent team and communication skills as well as supportive character
Handson mentality absolutely necessary
