  • The Global Head, Methods, Frameworks & Service Integration role governs the Sandoz Technology operating model, ways of working and crossfunctional core processes, methods, and frameworks. They are responsible for the standards used to define and govern processes and the methods and tools for a process / practice domain. They own and define methods and frameworks used in Sandoz Technology, steer its governance and monitor service integration.

Your responsibilities:


  • Lead the design and implementation of a fully integrated operating model and set of methods/processes to support Sandoz Technology transformation to an agile and productbased organization.
  • Provide central coordination and oversight on the deployment, transition, and adoption of processes in the Sandoz Technology Functions, ensuring consistency across same
  • Partner with Sandoz Technology Leads to define and deploy a governance model to ensure consistency and smooth integration across processes, methods, frameworks, tools, and roles used across Sandoz Technology.
  • Engage with network of global Process Owners ensuring compliance to Sandoz Technology standard methods and frameworks.
  • Lead the Community of Practitioners to continuously develop the skills and capabilities required to enable the practice and adoption across Sandoz Technology, and support governance across ways of working and cross functional core processes, methods and frameworks for the Practice\Process Domain.
  • Own overall service integration across technology domains and collaborate with leader across domains to ensure program interdependencies are identified and taken into account during planning, rollout and maintenance.
  • Act as program lead and coordinator for significant cross functional and cross domain programs, driving integration of technology services and programs into business operations.

Minimum requirements

What you will bring to the role:

  • University degree or various degrees in science and/or business preferred.; fluent English, written and spoken.
  • 10+ years experience in IT, Technology or Digital space.
  • Experience in program management and service integration.
  • High level of understanding of standard IT frameworks and processes.
  • Experience in complex stakeholder management.
  • Leadership experience in matrix organization to manage without authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize information to develop recommendations, and ability to persuade / influence organization of recommended path.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, to be accountable for individual & team results and drive change across functions.
