We are looking for a long-term intern in our People Experience (PX) team for DACH and CEE. Together with the PX team you will help to enhance our human resources.


Location:
Düsseldorf (60%) _& _Home Office (40%)


Expectation:
Available 4-6 months, full time position


Your tasks

Process
  • You deal with issues in different areas within People Experience and support us in the implementation of new process (e.g. OnBoarding Process, Development Conversations, OnBoarding of People Leaders, FollowUp of Culture Survey) but also in standardisation and simplification of new process (e.g. Feedback (Systems), Benefits). Your ideas are in demand

Project management

  • You will gain interesting insights into the planning, management and implementation of various projects in People Experience and also get to know the daytoday business.

Conception

  • You support us in the implementation and contentrelated codesign of concepts and processes that affect the entire organisation throughout DACH and/or CEE region.

Digitalisation

  • You push digitalisation of our processes within People Experience

Communication

  • You contribute your own ideas for the design of internal communications and prepare and analyse data for different target groups.

Creative freedom

  • You have the opportunity to help shape your internship: There are no limits to your creativity and initiative for your own projects

Your profile

  • You are studying economics, humanities, social sciences or a similar degree programme related to human resources and are at least in your third semester.
  • You can also score points with your first relevant practical experience in human resources.
  • You have a high sense of responsibility, flexibility and initiative, and enjoy working in a team.
  • You can convince and motivate others with your ideas.
  • You think and act in a results, service
- and solution-oriented way.

  • You have excellent German as well as good English and MS Office skills.
  • You can plan at least 4 months for the internship (voluntary or mandatory internships).
