International Graduate Programme - Finance (M/F/d):

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Grow within two years to become a finance controlling expert (M/F/d)
By going through different areas such as Group Controlling, Purchase Controlling, Marketing & Sales Controlling or Audit, you will get to know all facets of Finance Controlling
In order to dare to think outside the box, it is also possible to spend several months in one of our Vaillant Group locations
With the international graduate programme, you create a starting position for a successful career in the finance controlling area
Regular evaluations help us to promote you in the best possible way, keep your strengths in mind and then offer you a position which suits you best
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
You have successfully completed an aboveaverage master's degree in economics with a focus on finance and/or controlling
Your sense for numbers as well as first experiences in the areas of finance and controlling are required
You communicate very well in German and English on all business levels
Due to your already gained international experience you are able to perform and prove yourself in an international context with confidence
WHAT WE OFFER
Mobile Work: We offer up to 70% remote work. In addition, our employees can work from a European Union country for up to 30 days a year

Salary:We offer an attractive remuneration package in accordance with the NRW IG Metall collective wage agreement, including vacation pay and Christmas bonus to our employees in Germany
