IHR AUFGABENBEREICH

  • Supporting HSBC Continental Europe (HBCE) Chief Architect in preparing the enterprise architecture artifacts in alignment to HSBC Technology strategies, to govern and to document the created IT Architecture
  • Support the local IT Architecture Design Authority with active membership in multidisciplinary design authority, decision
- and governance processes

  • Support of local and European architecture teams and projects across all Lines of Business
  • Help to analyse, create and maintain the future state core banking architecture for HBCE
  • Supporting large transformation programs in definition and setup of an European modern
  • Core Banking platform that fulfils the requirements of HSBCs largest markets in Europe
  • Analysis and architecture support for functional decoupling of existing, mainframe based legacy systems
  • Cooperating with Enterprise Architecture teams (Cloud, Data, CyberSec, etc.) and market/country teams to prepare target state artifacts;
  • Staying abreast of technology trends and advise business/CIO/CTOs/Chief Architect and the business about potential benefits/impacts;
  • Being an active European Architecture Community member, animating multiple activities in that area

UND DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT

  • University graduate of Computer Science/ITrelated field or relevant working experience in the field
  • Experience in Enterprise Architecture including support of architecture blueprints and roadmaps on various detail levels, data modelling and architecture governance
  • Good communication and presentations skills with the ability to explain strategies, plans, methods, tools and operational plans globally
  • Experience in Clevel stakeholder management, with the ability to discuss in diverse populations and large strategic transformation programs
  • Strong resilience and tenacity in an informationdriven environment with highly effective influencing, persuading and negotiating skills
  • Excellent experience in Core Banking environments, it's technologies, functions and processes
  • Excellent analysis skills
  • Willing to act and perform in heterogeneous, international and remote working teams
  • Cloud Architecture skills will be an advantage
  • Second language German will be an advantage
