In summer 2022, home24 launched a marketplace for third-party sellers to onboard complementary product ranges.

With our curated marketplace, customers value the expanded offerings, and we ensure that one can find everything from furniture and home decoration on home24 website.

Within only one year, we became one of the biggest home & living marketplaces in the DACH region, already generating over 100M€ sales in 2023.

Are you ready to shape the future success of our marketplace? We are currently looking for motivated people with a hands-on mentality who want to make an impact within the home & living industry.

(Junior) Seller Support Specialist - Marketplace (M/F/d) (French speaking)

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our Business Development Managers to assist new sellers throughout the onboarding process until their products are successfully listed on our platform
Support our sellers and be the first point of contact for operational topics such as product creation, image updates or technical issues
Check the product catalogue of our sellers based on our quality standards by using Mirakl
Develop and provide training sessions for our sellers that align with their feedback, and assume accountability for ensuring that they can effectively utilize the marketplace
Identify areas for improvement and launch projects involving stakeholders like IT or Postproduction Team to implement enhancements and streamline processes

Profile:

Bachelor's degree or successfully completed vocational training, ideally with a focus on ecommerce
First experience in B2B-Service environment or a similar function
Keen interest in ecommerce and marketplaces
Great team player with handsonmentality
Excellent organizational skills paired with a solutionoriented mindset to tackle tasks quickly and efficiently
English and French skills

Your path

For the hybrid working model based in Berlin: you have the flexibility to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays in our standard working mode. We are in the office together Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Otherwise, a fully remote working model within Germany with regular travel to our Berlin headquarters is possible
The possibility to work up to two months per year within Germany or from an EU country
