You will be the product owner of a substantive part of the Android Platform used for current and future vehicles.

You will be a key player in delivering a stable baseline Android software stack to end products and all functional feature developers.

As such you will be a key player as part of a strong platform software leadership team in the SW development and delivery for current and future vehicles using Android based infotainment systems.

What awaits you?

You lead multiple teams and ensure the delivery of a consistent Android platform product in quality towards the customer feature teams that will build on top great customer features.
You shape and iterate the agile work model with your teams in close collaboration with your "customers" to implement stateoftheart platform features.
Together with the SW architecture practice you ensure the implementation and integration of innovative concepts and technologies into the SW stack.
You will lead and consolidate the different requirements from internal and external stakeholders into the overall project backlog.
You are part of a great leadership team and work continuously on the improvement of the system/setup/environment to further empower our developer community to ship great products.

What should you bring along?

Multiple years of experience and track records in leading and delivering software projects, ideally in consumer electronics as well as in invehicle infotainment.
Deep technical background in software engineering, ideally proven experience in software development.
Direct experience of building Android based devices (mobile, automotive or any other vertical) is a bonus.
Experience in collaboration with outside stakeholders (such as Google) is a bonus.
Passion for customercentric product development, understanding and leveraging digital ecosystems.
Excellent English communication skills.
