Tasks:
This is a unique opportunity to work hand-in-hand with our Founders on all company areas, including fundraising, recruiting, product management, and marketing.
- Lead and support priority projects of the Founders ranging from hiring to product, from daily operations to strategic decisions
- Support daily operations, e.g. by taking over tasks, creating briefings, or preparing and running meetings
- Support in setting up the company from day one (admin, finance, operations etc.)
Requirements:
- University Graduate in relevant fields
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Analytical problemsolving skills and motivation to help shape an early stage company
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Solid German and English language skills
