We are seeking a Junior to Mid-Level UI/Graphic Designer (M/F/d) (part-time job, 20-32 weekly hours) to join our Berlin office and support the Marketing Team.

You will play a key role in enhancing our digital brand presence, user interaction, and brand awareness for our high-end camps, training events, and conferences.


Your responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver mockups, landing pages, features, or components.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain a design system.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing materials for various channels, including paid ads, social media, and other online products.
  • Work closely with our Brand Manager, Product Owners, & developers to ensure that design solutions are feasible and aligned with business objectives.
  • Work closely and independently with the Front-End developer team to ensure, oversee, and control the realization and Implementation of the design/products.
  • Conduct usability testing and actively ensure the quality of your product.
  • Collaborate with the Graphic team (located in the Frankfurt office) and the Platform Design & Marketing team to ensure the ideal user experience on all our products (Digital, Apps, Platforms, Print, and Onsite).
  • Stay uptodate with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve our product design.

Your profile

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in UI design, especially for digital products on web platforms. Mobile & Conversational Interface design experience is a plus.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to design highquality landing pages, websites, and other digital experiences. We're looking for creative and visually appealing designs that are also userfriendly and effective in achieving marketing goals.
  • Fluency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
  • Experience designing for onpage conversions, including landing pages, website calls to action (CTAs), and user flows.
  • Proper understanding of marketing principles with a focus on website design, social media content, newsletter, and paid ads.
  • Ability to manage the entire design project lifecycle from concept to delivery.
  • Basic knowledge of Frontend technologies (HTML/CSS) and ideally understanding of the possibilities of JavaScript libraries & frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills.
