As Team Lead Business Intelligence & Reporting (all genders), you lead a team of 4 data analysts who develop flaconi's reporting landscape and various data products for internal and external stakeholders.

Also, you enable your colleagues with data products to make better decisions and promoting #living-data in the company with data literacy initiatives.

In this position, you have a high-exposure role with regular interactions with VPs and senior management, while having access to modern tech stacks and support from other data teams.


Your role:


  • You lead, mentor, and develop a team of BI/data analysts
  • Together with your Team, you deliver impactful data solutions for internal and external stakeholders
  • You develop a longterm BI and Data strategy for #livingdata at flaconi
  • Furthermore, you take ownership of our BI tools (Tableau, Apache Superset), and modernize the tech stack
  • You collaborate closely with key business stakeholders, including Commercial, Strategy, Marketing, VP, and Clevel
  • You are responsible for the development of innovative data products and opening new revenue streams through data monetization and lead initiatives together with D&A, pushing data literacy across flaconi

Your profile:


  • Working experience in a data and/or BI lead role
  • Passion for data visualization and storytelling
  • Very good SQL skills, Python is a plus
  • Extensive knowledge of Tableau or a similar BI tool
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience in ecommerce and knowledge of data infrastructure and ETL processes is a plus

Full transparency:For this role, we have a salary band between 68.000€ and 90.000€ gross per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
