HR & Administrative Specialist (m/w/d)
Our client, for whom we are looking for a Credit Analyst/Manager (full-time job) is the subsidiary in Frankfurt of a worldwide renowned financial insitution (Fortune Global 500 company)
Duties and responsibilities:
- Secretarial duties for the management;
- Management and monitoring of working time recording;
- Correspondence with external service providers;
- Basic processing with the invoices and incoming letters;
- Support in the creation and revision of internal departmental work instructions;
- Organization of company events;
- Archive management;
- Assistance by the reception of visitors;
- Management of office supplies;
Qualifications and knowledge:
- Bachelor degree or above;
- 3 years of relevant work experience;
- Good communication skills and flexibility;
- Strong sense of responsibility;
- Good time management and understanding of priorities;
- Language skills: business fluent Chinese and good written and spoken German and English;
