HR & Administrative Specialist (m/w/d)
Our client, for whom we are looking for a Credit Analyst/Manager (full-time job) is the subsidiary in Frankfurt of a worldwide renowned financial insitution (Fortune Global 500 company)


Duties and responsibilities:


  • Secretarial duties for the management;
  • Management and monitoring of working time recording;
  • Correspondence with external service providers;
  • Basic processing with the invoices and incoming letters;
  • Support in the creation and revision of internal departmental work instructions;
  • Organization of company events;
  • Archive management;
  • Assistance by the reception of visitors;
  • Management of office supplies;

Qualifications and knowledge:


  • Bachelor degree or above;
  • 3 years of relevant work experience;
  • Good communication skills and flexibility;
  • Strong sense of responsibility;
  • Good time management and understanding of priorities;
  • Language skills: business fluent Chinese and good written and spoken German and English;
