We are currently looking for a
Vice President of Growth (all genders) based in Berlin, or working remotely within Europe or the UK with monthly visits to Berlin


Your mission with us:


  • Take charge of Lingoda's established product portfolio of Lingoda Sprint and Lingoda Flex, and in doing so enable Super Serious Learners (SSL) to achieve their language goals and to enable Lingoda to achieve its commercial goals. Identify future growth opportunities outside of the established portfolio.

Your tasks:


  • Ensure a relevant
    value proposition that drives competitive advantage and growth
  • Ensure
    P&L delivery in line with budget and long range plans

Challenge and influence the demand generation strategies by monitoring KPIs to track progress, identify risks & opportunities, and by identify new marketing channels and revenue streams to drive growth

Challenge and influence the Product, Tech and Digital Education teams ́ delivery to constantly optimise towards customer acquisitions and customer lifetime value

  • Work closely with all departments, such as Finance, Teachers, Students, Strategy (Pricing & Data), People, and Legal
    to align efforts and optimise revenue generation for our products. Foster strong relationships and effective communication channels across the organisation to ensure the seamless execution of revenue strategies and constantly break down barriers and obstacles in order to achieve the goals

You bring to Lingoda:

Customer Centricity:adept and experienced at creating winning value propositions for customers, own the value proposition to inspire successful acquisition and retention strategies for the SSL

Growth hacker mindset: Constantly seeking agile, entrepreneurial and innovative strategies to drive profitable growth and achieve targets. Sensitive to underperformance, able to react at pace, using concise and objective arguments to gain support to make tactical changes

results-focused: A hands-on operator with good instincts for the customer, this role will take charge and ensure great
