in Kempten (Allgäu) sucht aktuell einen
Finanzbuchhalter / Accountant (m/w/d), um unsere Finanzorganisation zu unterstützen.

Tätigkeiten:

Mitwirkung an den Monats, Quartals

- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und US GAAP

Monatliche Kontenabstimmungen zur Gewährleistung der korrekten Buchführung und Berichtserstattung
Wesentliche Aufgaben bei der Einführung eines neuen ERP-Sytems und nachfolgend Key-User
Ermittlung und Verbuchung der Umsatzabgrenzungen und Kundenanzahlungen
Pflege der Leasing-Software Lucernex
Einhaltung von Vorgaben der internen Kontrollsysteme (u.a. SOX)
Analysieren und Reorganisieren von Arbeitsabläufen
Analyse, Bearbeitung und Lösung von seltenen, anspruchsvollen Klärfällen / Problemen

Die wesentlichen Anforderungen an die Stelle sind:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Finanz

- und Rechnungswesen

Fundierte Erfahrung bei der Einführung von ERP-Systemen sowie im Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen
Vertiefte Kenntnisse in der Umsatzabgrenzung
Erfahrung mit US-GAAP von Vorteil
Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Essential Duties:

Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and US GAAP.
Monthly account reconciliations to ensure correct bookkeeping and reporting
Key responsibilities during the implementation of a new ERP system and subsequently key user
Calculation and posting of deferred revenue and customer prepayments
Maintenance of the leasing software Lucernex
Compliance with internal control system requirements (including SOX)
Analysis and reorganization of workflows
Analysis, processing and solution of rare, challenging clarification cases / problems

Qualification:

Successfully completed professional training in finance and accounting
Sound experience in ERP implementation
Indepth knowledge of deferred revenue
Experience with US-GAAP is an advantage
Very good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
Fluent written and spoken English
