Explore your tasks and responsibilities:

Create, renew, and cancel employee, visitor, and contractor badges for Stuttgart and other locations in Germany
Operate the main telephone switchboard
Request and issue cafeteria badges
Preregistration/reception of visitors
Sorting incoming mail and distributing it to the departments
Processing and stamping outgoing paper mail
Package reception and delivery
Acceptance and return of rental vehicles
Key management
General administrative tasks
Support the facility management team in all matters
Support of the fleet management team in all matters
Contact person for colleagues, customers and suppliers

Show your expertise:

Work experience is required
You enjoy and take delight in dealing with people
Distinct customer orientation and strong communication skills
Independent and selfreliant way of working
You have very good German language skills
Preferably you have English language skills
You enjoy working in a team
