Tasks


Job summary:

You are responsible for product operations of one of our later stage ventures within Lufthansa Innovation Hub.

cloopio is a one-stop-shop for team offsites in Germany. We enable teams to book memorable corporate retreats with just a few clicks.

Our hand-picked offsite experiences combine curated accommodations, meeting facilities, food options, activities, and more.


After successfully validating cloopio during a soft launch, we are now scaling our operations and are looking for support within portfolio extension and customer service.


Responsibilities:

Customer Relations

  • Processing of customer requests in direct contact with our customers
  • Coordination with our offsite partners to confirm availability and offered services
  • Creation of offsite offers for our customers and support with the booking process
  • Ensuring a great customer experience from first request until offsite event
Portfolio Extension

  • Identifying potential offsite partners (eg hotels, group accommodations)
  • Outreach to potential offsite partners with the goal to onboard them to our portfolio
  • Onboarding of offsite partners, including site visits
  • You work with the LIH project leads to align expectations and constantly improve the onboarding process

Requirements:


Profile:


  • You are pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Hospitality Management or related fields
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • You are a team player with a handson mentality
  • Previous experience in working in customerfacing roles would be a plus
  • Affinity towards the travel and mobility sector
  • Fluency in both German and English
