We are looking for a Vice President EMEA Merchandise Management

Stellenbeschreibung: What you can expect:

Responsibility for all brick and mortar merchandising functions in the EMEA region including Planning, Buying & Trading
Strategically driving sustainable top and bottom line growth inline with group merchandise efficiency targets
Managing 6 hub or department leaders across EMEA with a wide scope of responsibilities
Acting as the central point of contact for our Global Merchandising functions to align regional market needs
Working collaboratively in a matrix organisation with our top management across 4 EMEA hubs

Profil:

Your profile:
At least 10 years of retail merchandising & buying experience

Proven experience in and in-depth knowledge of the fashion and lifestyle industry

Multiple years of experience in effectively motivating, developing and managing high performing leaders and teams

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, high attention to detail, outstanding goal orientation

Excited to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of ambiguity and change

Proven ability to thrive in a complex and matrix organization, seamlessly handle multiple tasks and priorities as well as bring vision to life

Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Willingness to travel
