We are actively seeking a Corporate Director Service to lead our global service teams within the Laboratory and Analytical Technology division to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

As Corporate Director Service, you will have the opportunity to shape the strategic direction of our service business, expanding its reach and impact on a global scale.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Strategy and Planning
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive service strategy to drive service business growth in alignment with customer needs, market demands, and trends.
  • Service Delivery Management
  • Oversee the delivery of highquality services to customers, emphasizing efficiency and excellence.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales for business development, aiming to drive service sales and revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and manage international service teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Budget Management:
  • Oversee the global service budget, ensuring financial goals are met.

Key Requirements:

  • Industry background: OEM out of the Life Sciences Industry (including Analytical, Medical, Diagnostics, Biotech, Genomics and Genetics, Environmental)
  • Companytype: Highgrowth company or division
  • Seniority: 8y+ of Senior Leadership Experience in Service
  • Location: Onsite in Staufen is a requirement
  • Characteristics: Growth mindset, ambitious, execution and quality oriented, collaborative, capability to drive change management
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
