Beschreibung

The position is in the heart of Dennemeyer Group's global in-house legal department as a member of a highly motivated and skilled team of lawyers with a variety of international backgrounds, that covers a broad range of legal topics from services, consulting, and software contracts to supplier agreements (mainly services and IT) - throughout in an international context.

Your Tasks

  • Draft and negotiate enforceable contracts relating to intellectual property legal services and software
  • Draft, review and negotiate vendor agreements (mostly IT, and services)
  • Advise operational departments, Business Development, Marketing, IT, HR, Procurement etc. in the EMEA region in a broad range of legal matters
  • Advise management on international corporate legal matters and draft related agreements, establishment of new entities, and intragroup agreements
  • Develop, and maintain templates in accordance with global strategy and local laws
  • Manage and confer with outside counsel on all disputes and formal litigation
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of the department's internal processes
Your Profile

  • Law degree with aboveaverage results and 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position or a recognized corporate law firm is a must
  • Legal allrounder with strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, and a proven interest in commercial and corporate law, intellectual property, as well as IT, and software
  • Excellent English language skills are a must; a good command of another language is a plus
  • Accustomed to cope with varying demands and tasks at a time
  • Strong business orientation and commercial sense
  • Serviceoriented towards external customers and colleagues with excellent interdisciplinary and intercultural communication skills
  • Handson mentality and ambitious towards achieving objectives
  • Critical mindset, great attention to detail, a structured and autonomous working style
  • Strong team orientation
