  • For our HR Operations team at GEA, we are looking for a working student to support our HR Operations team with daily activities and tasks for Poland. We are looking for proactive people, who are communicative, have an analytical mind, and willing to contribute to our international HR Shared Service Centre.

Your responsibilities and tasks:


  • Support in daytoday HR operations for Poland by processing employee tickets and requests via ServiceNow or Workday
  • Supporting the creation and administration of employment contracts, contract amendments, references other certificates
  • Maintaining HR data in Workday, administration and organization of HR data and ensuring data quality
  • Supporting managers and other stakeholders in their HR administrative tasks
  • Performing routine tasks as part of HR processes

Your profile and qualifications:


  • Currently enrolled in a university in Germany, preferably with a focus on business administration, information technology, human resources management or a related field
  • Working hours 20 hours/week with flexible working hours
  • Very good Polish and English skills
  • Affinity for HR or HR systems, high service orientation, handson mentality and structured way of working
