Role:
- Telephone customer support
BUT:
No classic call center awaits you and no sale
- Telephone support for customers at echarging stations or with escooter sharing
- Documentation of customer concerns in the database
Key Skills:
- Ideal but not a must: experience in a call center or in customer service
- Good knowledge of German
- Professional telephone manner.
- Competent Windows/Microsoft Office product knowledge.
- Have a will do attitude being able to think on their feet
