Your main responsibilities

By coordinating a continous project tracking format, you ensure an overall resource management and compliance with central budget and quality targets.
Working closely with our project managers and teams, you will contribute your experience to the structuring of the projects and support the ongoing management of the projects.
You improve or develop existing or new standards, tools, databases, methods, processes to support project planning, documentation and execution.
Together with our organisational development department you create and maintain effective training materials and concepts for project managers and teams.
Stepping in as a senior projectmanager for key strategical projects.

What you have to offer

You have several years of professional experience in the implementation and management of projects in the industrial or service sector.
Knowledge of classical as well as agile project management methods, ideally you acquired a PMP, PgMP, LSS Master Blackbelt or equal certification.
Strong program management skills: effectively leverage all resources to drive results, create efficient processes throughout the organisation.
Wellhoned written, verbal and creative communication skills, highly skilled in presentation and moderation in German and English language.
Demonstrated customerorientation, confident appearance, team spirit and a captivating presentation style round off your profile.
