ARTiS has been developing and producing individual, CI compliant and exclusive image, merchandising and promotional collections, as well as workwear, promotional items and gifts for internationally known brands and companies for over 30 years.

We offer our customers full service from consulting, conception, article and collection design, technical implementation and production to logistics solutions and marketing communication.

Tasks

Price, quantity and delivery date negotiations with our production partners in China

Creation and placement of production orders
Independent monitoring of the production schedule until order delivery
Production technical control, inspection of materials, fits and samples in close coordination with the technical and design department
Correspondence with suppliers in Chinese and English and independent issuance of production releases
Sourcing and further development of the producer network in China

Requirements:

Successfully completed professional training and experience in têxtile production in China
Confident knowledge of Chinese and English, both written and spoken
Basic understanding of German
Very structured, effective way of working and good time management skills
Quality awareness, flexibility, ability to work under pressure and in a team
Fun and passion for fashion and accessories
Knows Chinese customs and is able to negotiate with suppliers there
Has relevant knowledge of import and export regulations
