As a member of the service organization, you will work worldwide as an interface between product management, engineering, sales, and the quality and service departments.

Working closely with Development, Engineering and Product Management, you will ensure that service staff have the latest technical documentation.

You identify and support service training needs (for direct service and for distributors) and provide the vital expertise and documentation.)




A day in the Life:


  • Preparation of information (such as product descriptions, technical information, FAQ, troubleshooting descriptions)
  • Collaboration in crossfunctional teams and projects
  • Demonstrate, train and provide comprehensive mentorship to technicians worldwide
  • Creation, development and improvement of global technical training
  • Coordinate interpersonal and technical preparations of individual training projects as well as planning of due dates, resources and capacities
  • Creation of learning content as well as review and correction of documentation, presentations and training materials
  • Contribution in new development projects for product and spare parts
  • Followup on achievements and project tasks, both internally and across departments
  • Review and improve internal departmental processes
  • Document and train process improvements

Keys to Success:


Education

  • Completed technical college education, preferably in electronics, mechanical engineering or similar scientific field or comparable qualification

Experience
- technical understanding

  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Passion with media technology (e.g. video, photo creation and editing)

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • IT network and cloud knowledge
  • Good computer skills, proficient in MS Office / MS 365, SharePoint and Databases
- preparedness to travel as needed
