To expand our Finance & Operations Team, we are looking for a

Finance & Operations Associate\* to join us in our office in the heart of Bonn

As a Finance & Operations Associate\*, you will play a key role in the efficient execution of all administrative tasks of the company, with a particular focus on the organization's finance function.

You will help us ensure that all financial processes are handled efficiently and accurately.

How you will make an impact

Finance

Operational support of the CFO / Team Lead Finance & Operations in daytoday business
Invoice preparation for our companies (DE & US) as well as clarification of tax issues with our external consultants
Monitoring and implementation of all incoming and outgoing payments (we use the tool "Pleo") & bank balances
Dunning system and payment reminders
Billing management and collaboration on the preparation of monthly financial statements
Processing of current business transactions in the areas of banking, accounts receivable, and accounts payable

Administration/Operations

Support & representation in operational HR topics
Organization, coordination, and handling of all admin tasks, such as correspondence, appointment coordination, fleet management, ordering, business trip planning, and accounting
Administrative and organizational support of the team

Requirements:

We have given a lot of thought to the requirements that must be met for this position.

In any case, this is what you should bring with you:

Completed commercial education or equivalent/higher qualification.
2 years of relevant work experience in finance and/or assistance with a focus on finance.
A high affinity for numbers and a h2 ability to analyze.
Good knowledge of "DATEV Unternehmen Online".
Very good knowledge of German and English.
Class B driver's license.
