Working Student Operational Procurement EN/DE (M/F/d) for the Procurement team within

KWS Berlin GmbH from January 2024. The position is
-
20 hours/week,
-
limited to at least 6 months and is based
-
in Berlin. As a Working Student, you will gain practical experience and insights into operational procurement and also learn how automation and data analytics influence the procurement process and organization.


This will be your challenge:


  • Supporting the GTC procurement team in daytoday business with a focus on ordering (processing purchase requisitions and orders)
  • Answering user and supplier queries on all purchasingrelated topics
  • You will work together with colleagues from operational purchasing and the IT department to ensure continuous process improvements and simplification through standardization, digitization and automation of the endtoend sourcetopay process

Bring in your strengths:


Bachelor's or Master's degree enrolled student in business administration or industrial engineering or related fieldsFluent language skills (written and spoken) in German and English required**, knowledge of other EU languages an advantage
