Bachelor/master's degree in design, visual arts, or equivalent; 3+ years of work experience as a Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role (demonstrated by a portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects); Experience with Figma and Creative Cloud products; Strong aesthetic skills and attention to visual details; Knowledge in developing interactive digital assets such as animation, gifs, and videos; photographic/video capabilities are a plus; Experience executing marketing projects from conception to production, including websites, digital collaterals, and print material; Copywriting skills are a plus
