Your mission:

As Head of Network

As part of the CTIO organization, you will lead an existing number of skilled directs and will extend the team via your successful recruiting.

You will work in an international team interfacing with your peer Head of Network Activations and Head of Consumer Service Operations (contact center), Engineer and Construction team to assure a seamless network
- and consumer experience. Our company's working language is English.

  • Assure service and network availability to our ISPcustomers according to SLAs
  • Certify network elements to enable E2Econnectivity for activations
  • On boarding new ISP and services
- / products.

  • Drive Data-Driven Operations making the most of big data opportunities (f.e. preventive maintenance, uptimemgmt., proactive service enablement & monitoring
  • Drive efficiency of processes while administering the euro budget
  • Manage partners for operation, projects, budgets & quality of service
  • Workforce-Management for maintenance for field/ external Plants/ backhaule)
  • Assurance and Monitoring of L1-IT tickets (usrmgmt/incidents incl. SOC-Hotline)
  • Verify, classify, prioritize incidents and derive shortterm solutions and preventive actions

Your profile:


  • University degree with focus on network engineering/electrical systems
  • 5 years working experience in managing a NOC/SOC in a leadership role
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry managing networks, incidents & problems in an operational role with a proven track record
  • Ability to define processes while being obsessed to define and track KPIs / PPIs
  • Experience with ITdemand management
- good communicator, fast adopting, winning character, thriving for success and fun, good leader enabling people's developments, capable of both: leading operational and tactical

  • Good English both, spoken & written is a must, German and/or Spanish is a plus
