We are looking for a passionate
(Senior) People Partner - HR Business Partner to join our international People & Culture team of 8 members.


With your passion for people and your experience, you will support and advise a management team based across the globe (mainly in Germany, France, and UK).


Furthermore, you will closely collaborate with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits, and other functions within the P&C team.

The new hire will be the
second business partner in our team.


The role can be
based in Berlin, working in a hybrid modality, or
remote within Germany, France, or the UK.


This is how you can help us:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies that support the overall business goals
  • Act as a point of contact for managers providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
  • Address employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary issues, ensuring fair and consistent treatment
  • Support our performance management process by coaching and guiding to managers on goal setting, performance feedback, and development plans
  • Facilitate performance reviews and calibration sessions to drive a highperformance culture
  • Learning and development: Identify training needs and collaborate with managers to support career development within their teams
  • Provide guidance on compensation structures, salary reviews, and administration of benefits
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and maintain market competitiveness
  • Develop and communicate HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and best practices

These skills will make you successful in your role:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar HR roles, ideally in a global fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Handson mentality, with the ability to work with little guidance and willingness to take ownership
