This can include defining and evolving our workplace strategy, managing office layouts, seating arrangements, meeting rooms and the associated services required to ensure the successful day-to-day operation of our facilities - including the physical assets such as furniture, equipment, and infrastructure.

We're looking for a strategic and proactive leader to help us maintain a setting that's not only compliant with health and safety but also thrives in efficiency and innovation.
This is your chance to impact our global workspaces, ensuring they are as dynamic and driven as our team.Your responsibilities:
Health & Safety:
- First point of contact for suppliers and employees for all EHS related Topics
- Occupational Health Training and information to employees and Suppliers
- Responsible for monitoring and arranging all mandatory recurring checks, audits etc.
- Plan, arrange and document quarterly Occupational H&S meetings (ASA)
Facilities & Office Services:
- Vendor management
- First Point of contact for suppliers and employees for office related topics
- Coordination of internal office moves
- Creation and receipt of purchase orders in SAP/Ariba
- Backup for carfleet administration
The experience we're looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in building/office management and/or H&S functions
- Nice to have: certification as safety officer and fire protection officer
The skills for success:
- Commercial or technical education (Optional: Degree (Bachelor)
- Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Facilities Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or similar)

- trustful handling of sensitive data
- hands-on mentality and result-oriented work style
- strong communication and social skills
- willingness to learn and educate oneself
- Language Skills: fluent German & English skills
