- You should be available to write an average 10 Articles per month with each one around 600 words
- Native level Mandarin speaker
- You are familiar with architecture, interior design and decoration terms and language
- You know the Taiwanese housing market
- Relevant experience in writing journalistic or otherwise creative (experience in appropriate fields beneficial)
- Experience with SEO
- Selfstarter attitude and ability to work with mínimal guidance
- Good research and proofreading skills
- Strong communication skills
- Demanding tasks in a fastgrowing company
- A multicultural team including flat hierarchies with open doors to share your ideas and feedback
