How you'll be hosting with heart:

As our Chief of Staff (d/f/m), you are responsible for limehome's target setting and performance management process.
You support the management team in the overall organizational development of the company.
That is not all, you are part of the management team and work closely with other senior executives and act as the communication liaison between the management team and the organization.
You are a strategic partner to the Managing Directors and support them with your problemsolving capabilities and take over important crossfunctional initiatives.

What you need to shoot for the stars:

You have previous experience in at least one of the following: fast growth startup, business operations role in tech, top-tier management consulting, investment banking or private equity.
You have a selfconfident and engaging manner, can quickly connect with others and convince different personalities through your positive nature.
You shine with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
You are entrepreneurial and have a high degree of organizational skills.
